General guidelines

Before you start, define where the panels fit in the vehicle. Verify if no vulnerable parts can be touched during assembly.

Attention! Choose the screws relative to the wallthickness and the empty space behind the stiles.

Floor

A Hebic cargo floor fits perfectly, installs flat and comes in 1 piece. The extremely sturdy non-slip layer results in a safer work surface. This will enhance your professional image and make it easier for you to keep the nicely finished cargo area neat and clean. Wear-resistant, oil-, water- and acid-resistant: a guarantee of the highest quality!

Standard floor

1. Apply thick dabs of silicone to the floor ribs 2. With the floor tilted up on its left edge, slide it forward up against the partition 3. Carefully lower the floor down to the right until the front rests across the entire width of the vehicle floor 4. Allow the floor to gently sink downward. Centre the floor while making sure that it is evenly spaced all around.

Floor in 2 pieces

1. Floors consisting of two sections are shipped with steel pins. Using a hammer, secure these to one side 2. Use the pins to connect the two sections of the cargo floor to each other. Once the silicone has hardened between the floor and the body, both sections will remain firmly in place.

Wall panels

The Hebic wall covering protects both your vehicle and your cargo. This will enhance your professional image and make it easier for you to keep the nicely finished cargo area neat and clean.

Standard wall

Check the position of the panels inside the vehicle: each panel has a front and a rear 1Choose the length of the screws based on the wall thickness and the amount of empty space behind the stiles. Check to make sure that there are no vulnerable parts that could be damaged during installation 2. Set the wall in place inside the vehicle. Make sure the panel is evenly spaced all around the edges; the wheel housing will serve as a good reference for this 3. Fasten the wall in place with two screws, and then check once more to make sure that the panel is correctly positioned inside the vehicle. Now screw the wall in using a radial pattern so that the material is pressed flush against the body 4. If you are installing a plastic wall (C2C), use the included Hebic washers.

Window panels

Our quest for screwless installation is reaching new heights, and that’s why we have developed the Hebic Clip 4. This is the ultimate method for installing window and other panels: the rotating clip design eliminates the need to drill into the vehicle body.

Hebic Clip 9 is used to mount panels in places where the use of screws is difficult. The clip makes it possible to insert a screw right next to the panel at a different angle. This is especially convenient when installing the window panels.

Clip 4 - Window panel

Check the position of the panels inside the vehicle: each panel has a front and a rear 1. Fasten the two pieces of the clip together so that the logo shows on the front side of the panel 2. You will find two arrows on the back of the clip. Point the large arrow toward the outer edge of the panel. Do the same for all the clips 3. Apply a few dabs of silicone to the window frame to prevent vibration noise and friction 4. Set the panel in place and rotate the clips 90° clockwise. Press gently on the clips while turning them.

Clip 4 - Top panel

Check the position of the panels inside the vehicle: each panel has a front and a rear 1. Fasten the two pieces of the clip together so that the logo shows on the front side of the panel 2. You will find two arrows on the back of the clip. Point the small arrow toward the outer edge of the panel. Do the same for all the clips 3. Apply a few dabs of silicone to the window frame to prevent vibration noise and friction 4. Set the panel in place and rotate the clips 90° clockwise. Press gently on the clips while turning them.

Clip 9 - Window panel

Check the position of the panels inside the vehicle: each panel has a front and a rear 1. Slide the clip over the panel into the moulded cut-outs so that the logo shows on the front side of the panel 2Apply a few dabs of silicone to the window frame in order to prevent vibration noise and friction 3. Press the panel into the window frame and screw the clip in with self-drilling screws 4. The end result.
